[1] i didn't make a list of the names of the people whose support for this book demands acknowledgement cuz i was scared i might slip up and forget somebody and get myself in a big mess of trouble. however i will say that this first book of mine which includes materials written between 1975&1988 comes to you as a live&direct result of the energies of many people.
